These terms and conditions govern the use of www.zzurimedicalscrubs.com.au.  This website is owned and operated by Zzuri Medical Scrubs Pty Ltd.  This site is an ecommerce website.


By using this website, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to always abide by them.



All content published and made available on our Site is he property of Zzuri Medical Scrubs Pty Ltd.  This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.



Users may post the following on our Site:



-Videos; and

-Public comments


By posting publicly on our Site, you agree not to act illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions.



These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.


The following goods are available on our Site:

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it.  This includes all products listed as being out of stock.  All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. 


We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.  If we cancel your order and have already processed your payments, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid.  You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use.  By providing us with the payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.


If we believe payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.



When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:


Standard delivery by post

Express delivery by post

Express Courier delivery

Click and Collect


Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.  Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.


You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.


If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Australia, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country.  You are responsible for paying such duties and taxes.  Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase.  We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.


You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including name of the recipient.  We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of providing us with the inaccurate or incomplete information.



Refund requests must be made within 7 days after delivery of the product, or alternatively you can exchange or receive a store credit on your product within 15 days.


We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:


-Items that are damaged or faulty.

 -Items that are of wrong size.

-Purchaser change of mind.

-Items not on Clearance Sale.



Products can be returned for exchange within 15 days of delivery.  If the requested product for exchange is out of stock, a store credit will be arranged for the item automatically.  This will be in the form of a unique code via email.  

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags intact.  It must also be in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged items.  Our Returns Team conducts thorough checks and if your return does not meet our criteria, we are unable to process your return.  In the event a returned item/s are damaged upon inspection the Returns Team will contact you via email with photo evidence.  A store credit will be automatically issued minus a $10 damage fee for each item returned.  Item will then be destroyed.  No exceptions will be made.  Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.



Returns can be made by mail.  To return an item by mail, follow the following procedures:


-Original tags and labels should be intact.


-Goods must be packed securely in a postage bag together with your original receipt. Items returned for change of mind must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.


-You will receive notification via email once your return is processed. It can take up to five business days to process returns once received.


-Zzuri Medical Scrubs Pty Ltd does not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.  We recommend that customers purchase a Registered Post sticker from Australia Post for tracking purchases.


Zzuri Medical Scrubs Pty Ltd will assess the items to determine whether they meet the above Conditions for return or exchange.  Zzuri Medical Scrubs Pty Ltd reserves the right not to approve a return request if the Goods being returned do not meet the above Conditions. 

Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is the customers responsibility.  We recommend keeping your tracking details as Zzuri is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification, please note it can take up to 5 business days to process returns once delivered.


A $15 AUD return to sender fee for Australian Customers and $55 Aus for International Customers is deducted from the total of your store credit or refund for the following reasons;

  • Rejected parcel at the time of delivery.
  • Parcel not collected from local post office or parcel locker within time specified by post office.
  • Change of address or an incorrect address was provided.
  • Addressed unknown or ID cannot be verified.
  • Unable to access the property.
  • Multiple delivery attempts.
  • If you would like a resend - a resend shipping fee of $10 AUD for Australian Consumers and $20 AUD for International Consumers will be charged and an invoice sent separately.  Upon confirmation of payment, we will email your new tracking number.



Products purchased on Clearance Sale can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law (Vic).  

Goods discounted at 40%OFF or more will only be eligible for exchange or store credit.  The customer will be responsible for all postage costs for returns and exchanges.  This includes return postage costs and osts of  re-sending the exchanged products back to the customer.  An invoice for postage costs will be send separately.  Upon confirmation of payment, we will email you with your new tracking number.  Goods discounted at 40% OFF or more will not be eligible for a refund.




Where the Australian Consumer law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.  These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation.  If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.



Zzuri Medical Scrubs Pty Ltd  directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from use of the Site.



Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Zzuri Medical Scrubs Pty Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.



These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.



If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions.  All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.



These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.  We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
